Boy oh boy, am I good at suddenly disappearing from this site for long stretches of time or what? One moment I'm on an artistic kick, submitting pictures and commenting on the works of others. And the next, I find myself doing just about everything but getting on here and continuing that once consistent streak.

I'm going to be honest here and say that, contrary to my prior entries, I'm not the biggest fan of writing down long-winded bouts of text in these here journals, so I'm just going to quickly list off the majority of things that have been eating up my time to help paint a better picture of why I've been away for so long. Okay? Okay, here goes, then.

* I got a job. (Woo-hoo!)

* I've gone back to school. (Yee-haw!)

* Even so, the family cat box still isn't going to clean itself. (Aww ye-- Wait.)

Oh yeah, and I might have gotten my license and a car somewhere down the line as well. So as you can see, the sheer size of this laundry list of activities has understandably occupied my time, and has therefore prevented me from mustering up the energy to draw full-blown masterpieces like I used to, (see sarcasm.) Messages are another thing that I've unfortunately neglected for far too long, and are in desperate need of my attention. And speaking of which, this is where I leave off to go tend to those very things right now! But before I depart, allow me to also play a little catchup in regards to recent events.

*ahem*

Wow, the world didn't blow up on December 21st. What a shock. You'd swear that the Mayan Calendar ended because those people were wiped out or something.

Christmas already? Sweet! Cheers to the fat man in red!

New Years is here? Alright, show of hands of who plans to make, but not meet, their New Years resolutions? Everybody then? That's what I thought.
